El pasado 11 de febrero, Día Internacional de la Mujer y la Niña en la Ciencia, el Instituto de Salud Carlos III recibió la visita de la Ministra de Sanidad, Carolina Darias y del Ministro de Ciencia e Innovación, Pedro Duque, en el campus de Chamartín, muestra de apoyo coordinado para impulsar la Investigación en Salud y como respaldo a nuestros servicios de salud pública basados en el conocimiento científico.
Acompañados por la Directora del ISCIII, Raquel Yotti, han podido hablar con los/las responsables de los distintos centros y unidades de investigación, entre ellos, la Biblioteca Nacional de Ciencias de la Salud.
La Directora del ISCIII, hizo entrega de un ejemplar del libro de Rafael Nájera, pionero de la virología en España y primer director del ISCIII: ‘El Instituto de Salud Carlos III en el marco de la evolución de la salud pública’.
Para la BNCS ha sido un placer recibir su visita y el interés mostrado por el Centro y los proyectos que se llevan a cabo en él.
